1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ocpcalculator.com and our associated option chain analytics services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Educational Use & Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: OCP Calculator is NOT a financial advisory platform. All option chains, Delta/Gamma/Theta/Vega Greeks, Put-Call ratios (PCR), S-Reversal indicators, and AI-generated signals are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We are not registered with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) or any other regulatory authority as investment advisors. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should consult a certified financial advisor before risking capital.

3. User Accounts & Login Security

To access premium platform services, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date registration details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Account Sharing is Strictly Prohibited. Each subscription plan and community membership belongs to a single registered user. Sharing your account details or using scripts to access premium feeds on multiple devices simultaneously will result in automatic session termination, account suspension, or permanent banning without refund.

4. Payments, Recharges & Subscription Plans

We offer paid subscription plans (OCP PRO) and one-time Lifetime VIP Community memberships. Fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable through integrated payment gateways.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or plan benefits at any time with prior notice on our Platform.

5. Proprietary Content & Anti-Piracy

All software code, mathematical models, UI designs, educational course videos, webinars, and signal notifications are the proprietary intellectual property of OCP Calculator.

To protect our educational hub videos, we enforce a dynamic moving watermark containing the registered email address of the viewing user. Any recording, screen capture, duplication, or redistribution of these videos or premium signal feeds is a direct violation of our copyrights. We will take legal action and block any user found violating this clause.

6. Limitation of Liability

We pull market feed data from reputable exchanges and broker APIs. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or sub-second latency of option chain data during highly volatile market hours.

In no event shall OCP Calculator, its developers, or owners be liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, system down-times, API failures, or incidental damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform.

7. Governing Law & Contact Information

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
