1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with our OCP Calculator tool. We offer refunds for our subscription plans (OCP PRO) and VIP Community memberships according to the guidelines outlined below.

2. OCP PRO Subscription Plans

We provide a **7-Day Money-Back Guarantee** on all recurring subscription plans (Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly recharges):

• You can request a full refund within **7 days** of your initial transaction or renewal if you face technical issues, connection outages, or find that the platform does not meet your trading requirements.
• Refund requests made after **7 days** of purchase are not eligible for a refund. However, you can cancel your subscription renewal at any time to avoid future billing.

3. VIP Community Membership (One-time Payment)

The VIP Community Plan includes a lifetime membership and unlocks access to our proprietary Learning Hub courses and Telegram groups:

• Refund requests for the VIP Community plan can be submitted within **7 days** of purchase.
• Eligibility Criteria: To prevent hit-and-run piracy of our intellectual property, a refund request will only be processed if you have watched **at least 50%** of our educational hub videos and participated in **1 week of live classes**. If you have streamed more content or failed to attend the live sessions, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• A nominal transaction fee (2-3% charged by payment gateways) will be deducted from the refund amount for community plans.

4. Abuse of Signals & Signals Policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect clear signs of platform abuse. This includes:

• Initiating multiple concurrent logins on different IP addresses or sharing your account details.
• Systematic scraping of our real-time Greeks or BUY/SELL signal alerts.
• Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim the 7-day money-back guarantee.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email from your registered email address to support@ocpcalculator.com or send written communication to our registered business office:

• Subject line: Refund Request - [Your Registered Email]
• Payment Reference / Transaction ID
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund request (this helps us improve the option chain platform!)

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is received and verified under our guidelines, we will process the refund to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, UPI, etc.).

Approved refunds are processed within **5 to 7 business days**. Please note that your bank or payment gateway may take additional time to credit the amount to your account.
